Personal fun facts: Love my wife Virginia, coffee, red wine, great food, soccer and playing with my daughter.

What are your responsibilities at M&V: Improve the operational systems, processes and policies of all divisions within the company.  Long-term planning, financial management, program budgets and payroll management.  Leadership and management of staff.

What are your key qualities & accomplishments: Commitment to education and helping team succeed as a whole.  Earned a B.A. with a double major; bible & pastoral studies, from Trinity Bible College.  Purchased first rental property at 22 years old. Extensive financial, real estate and project management training and experience.

Personal fun facts: Spending time with my family, love of Pepsi products, Ford products, Oliver & White Farm Equipment,  traveling in RV's, reading and gardening.  Grew up on a dairy farm.

Process Improvement Manager

What are your responsibilities at M&V:  Work with management teams and their departments at M&V Pro Services to develop new business opportunities, business goals, company growth, profits, quality control, and stabilizing a well establish business with process improvement tools such as Lean Six Sigma and 4DX, Kaizen events, 5S, Standard Work, and the implementation and sustainability of processes. Also work with different teams to prepare and conduct process improvement events, develop and prepare materials for use in the events, coordinate with department management and participants, lead instruction on the use of process improvement tools, facilitate team decisions, manage team work, resolve team conflict, assist in the development of implementation action plans, and conduct follow-ups. Presents, facilitates and leads assigned process improvement events using methods of culture-appropriate team building, team energizing, data gathering and analysis, problem solving, and project management.

What are your key qualities & accomplishments: Honesty, integrity, vision, leadership and team building.  Support new product development design, manage projects, vendors, and procure and recommend LED's, PCBA designs, and drivers. Manufacturing Engineering, Sustaining Engineering, & Quality Engineering.
